Onion - A light rye bread with sun dried onions. Sweet and full of flavour. Focaccia - Lashings of the best extra virgin olive oil, Spanish rosemary and flakes of sea salt. Ciabatta - Made using a sourdough fermented for eight hours and the best extra virgin olive oil. This gives the classic flavour and open texture. Frozen par-baked Ciabatta is also available on request. 1000 Seed - A blend of maize, rye grain, malt, linseed, cracked soya, sun flower, sesame, wheatflour and sourdough. Tomato - Sundried tomatoes from Southern Italy provide the natural sugar that results in a dark rustic crust. Campaillou - Untreated flour imported from France and a four hour fermenta tion process achieve a light open texture and crisp crust. The perfect French country loaf. Green Olive Campaillou - Generous amounts of the best Queens olives are used. Swiss Brown - Produced using a traditional coarse stoneground flour mixed with Canadian white flour.
